A cute satin fixed bow at the front, and she is elasticated under the bust, and edged again in stunning soft lace.
The skirt is layered with beautiful glass silk, that starts high under the bust to give it it's stunning true Prissy Sissy look.
This prissy dress does not need (or include) a petticoat!
